  • How long will it take to process my order?
    Most orders ship in 2-4 business days. If your order needs special attention, please let us know. We will try to accomodate you.

    Can you ship a gift to someone else for me?
    Yes, we will ship to anyone you designate.

    Do you accept checks?
    Yes, but all check payment orders are held until payment clears.

    Do you ship to a PO Box?
    Yes, but it will be shipped via USPS. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you have a PO Box at a mailing center, like Mail Box Etc., that has a physical address also, then UPS will ship to your PO Box.

    Why didn't I receive an email confirmation that my order was received?
    The #1 reason is an incorrect email address. We will not process an order unless the email address is correct. It also may have been put in your spam mail. You may have a mail program that requires you to add us to your list.

    Do you accept international orders?
    Yes we do. All international orders must be prepaid by an international money order in US Dollars.

    If I order next day or 2nd day service, will I get it next day or 2nd day?
    Most orders ship in 2-4 business days. If you select next day or 2nd day it will arrive next day or 2nd day from the day of shipping. Please call if an order must arrive next day or 2nd day from the date the order was placed. We will do our best to accomodate when possible.

    Why didn't I receive a reply to a question I emailed?
    Please check your spam mail. Some mail programs are set not to receive mail unless you have added us to your list.
